We are so sorry if it seems we have neglected you on this blog.  We recently updated our sharing platform from blogger to wordpress and have been pretty busy there.  However, for those of you that follow us here, we want to thank very much!  We love all of your years of support, interest and continued enthusiasm for what we have to offer from our small corner here in Roseville.  Be sure to visit our new site, www.theoliveandrose.com.  There, we have recently posted about our trip to Texas (with more shots coming soon), news about the changes to our show (bigger and indoors), and we will be adding a lot more updates and photos on a regular basis.

I did want to share some shots from our recent Mes Amis Spring 2014 show.  I recently found out that not one but two of my lenses broke on my camera so hubby bought me a new camera phone in March.  These are just a few shots my daughter took with the phone of the show.  On our Mes Amis/Noel Facebook,  you will find a ton more.

Its hard to believe that show season is just around the corner. With the trees down (mine came down yesterday in fact - Jan 19th!!) and fresh corners in the house and new calendars on the fridge, I just wanted to share our

Mes Amis Fall Show - Part 2: Colette Miller Perspective

My friend Colette Miller, of The Waiting Room in Vacaville, has a great eye for Vintage Style both in her booth at Alameda and Remnants of the Past(with Katy of Rusty Clover), and her little store in Vacaville. I asked her if she would take some shots of the Mes Amis Show in the fall because I love how she photographs and puts things together. No matter the objects, her photos always inspire me! I hope you enjoy...she is one amazing designer and photographer! Thanks Colette!!

Mes Amis Vintage Antiques Show - September 17th, 8am - 4pm

I am excited to bring a fresh show to Downtown Roseville this fall. While it may be familiar to some, it will be new to many. So mark your calendars, tell your friends and stay tuned! And to my friends that are ready to jump in, I decided last night that I will have 3 booth sizes so contracts will be delayed for just another day!! Thanks all for your patience, and your best wishes! Its gonna be great!
